Made by Sheffield in England. This is a pair of 3 prong or tine Pastry or Oyster forks. These are smaller in size and measure only 5 inches long, .75" wide at the tines, and .5" wide at the handle. These are both stamped "Silver Plated" and "Sheffield England" on the reverse of the handle. I couldn't locate the name of the pattern, but it is Art Deco in style.
