It has the postage mark from the date of the launch. Awesome piece hand written by Gene Horton who was a NASA LEGEND associated with this mission and many more over the years. He served as the NASA Apollo Missions Specialist, Senior Medical Officer , Project Specialist, Public Relations Officer, Employee Relations Officer and more during his tenure at NASA. It has nothing inside. It came from the collection of a gentleman who worked for NASA for 27 years from 1952 to 1979. The envelope is addressed to him and his wife.
