Description: Here's a rare find...An original Regency TR-1 Radio. This was the first portable transistor radio around. The serial number appears to be #36334 - there is a bit of damage that makes it hard to read, so I added a photo. The radio is in overall excellent condition, no chips or marring of the case. The leather case is also in excellent condition. What makes this one extremely rare is that if comes with the original "Technical Data and Service Notes" and the "Photofact Folder". These two manuals alone are hard to find. Look over the photos and please ask any questions prior to the last day of the auction so I have time to answer them.
