vintage 1950-60's tank party dress Chiffon green #10

Description: vintage 1950-1960's tank fitted party dress Chiffon green #10 Taffeta with a sheer chiffon overlay over the top. Satin pleated belt with eye hooks. Skirt is very fulll and flies out and around 124"Side zipper. This was part of a group of clothing we got from a museum and the Community theatre. There is some staining on the skirt part of the dress. I have not tried to clean as I am unsure how to clean this fabric and its age. See Pictures.
