Description: Acoustic/Electric, excellent shape! My process when I refresh a guitar: 1. Remove strings 2. Do a complete instrument cleaning. 3. Replace any parts that may be needed. 4. Clean and lube tuners if needed 5. Perform the D’Addario 3-Step clean and polish process. Good stuff! 5. Polish the metal frets. Clean the fretboard and apply lemon oil to the rosewood or other fretboard wood used. 6. Adjust string height if action is too high or low. 7. Put on new strings, Ernie Ball or D’Addario. 8. Carefully package the instrument for shipping Excellent shape, well aged with no major defects. Sounds great plugged into an amp, better than most ! Great playability and just beautiful. Built very well!!!!!
