Burt Company New York - Early 20th Century Edition - Great Condition. 514 pages 6"h x 4.25"w ATTENTION BOOK COLLECTORS - OFICIANADOS! If you have any information about this book that I am missing or have wrong in my description, I'd be grateful if you would share your knowledge. I always try to be as accurate and factual as possible in my listings, especially for vintage items. *This is in RARE GREAT CONDITION for its age! This is a sharp vintage Webster's Concise Dictionary Illustrated published by the famous A.L. Burt Company of New York. Strangely there is no date on the inside anywhere. I have judged by a similar book and the only other Webster's Concise Dictionary Illustrated published by A.L. Burt Company that is currently available online, which has a date of 1919 and looks older than this one, but not by much. So my guess is this dictionary was published sometime between 1919 and 1945. GREAT CONDITION: (SEE PHOTOS) Note: I chose "very good" in the Item Specifics because it is not quite "like new." Based on my own personal rating (excellent - great - good - fair), I rate it "great." It is very clean; the cover is shiny and the outer print is still clear. There are no marks - with the exception of a penciled signature and stamped price on the inside front cover, no dents, and only one small rip on the edge of the back page. There are some small visible wear spots on the edge of the binding, and a small wear spot along the back cover bottom edge. The pages have that common brown discoloration seen in older books. Overall it looks like it was never used. IMPORTANT!
